Our Partners

SVdP Community Partners

At SVdP, we partner with social service agencies, churches, and local businesses to provide holistic care to underserved individuals and families. These collaborations form a strong network of support that addresses both immediate needs—like food, housing, and clothing—and long-term goals such as employment, healthcare, and stability. By combining resources and expertise, we’re able to offer compassionate, coordinated assistance that empowers those we serve to move toward greater self-sufficiency and hope for the future.

How Does SVdP Partner?

Through referrals, shared services, and joint programs, SVdP works alongside our partners to extend our reach and better serve those in need. These collaborations allow us to pool resources, streamline support, and provide more meaningful and lasting assistance to individuals and families in our community.
